Contract for the Supply of Products or Services
No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and The Prayer Mat Company unless, and until, an email is sent by The Prayer Mat Company to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully received.
This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by The Prayer Mat Company of your offer to buy goods or services from The Prayer Mat Company, and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
The Prayer Mat Company reserves the right to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.
Availability of Goods
All goods advertised for sale on our site are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you by email.
We will not charge you for goods that we cannot supply. We will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.

We accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, or any other credit card identified on our site.
Credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer, and we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
If a payment is dishonoured, the relevant authorities will be informed, and you will be liable to pay all additional bank costs and legal costs.
Transmission of your debit or credit card number and other details in relation to payment will be at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for failures in the transmission of information, deletion, non-delivery, or failure to store any communications by you.

We will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our e-commerce engine, our website, place of purchase, or the success or level of sales resulting from these.
Dispatch of Goods
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 working days.
We will deliver the goods to the address you have given us at the time you make your purchase. It is essential and your responsibility to thoroughly check your address details before providing them to us. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you within 5 working days.
We will endeavour to ensure that the goods are delivered by any delivery date estimated by us, but we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for goods not delivered by that date. You agree that we are not liable in any way for any losses, damages, complaints, or any charges incurred due to the late delivery of goods. You also agree to the same in the case of non-delivery.
You are responsible for contacting your local delivery office if a delivery attempt has been made at your given address. You will have to liaise with them directly to arrange re-delivery or collection in person. We are unable to intercede on your behalf. In cases of orders received by us as “Return to sender” or “Not collected,” we will cancel your order and refund you the item cost only; we will not refund the postage fee. There will be deductions from your refund if we have incurred additional costs or fees.
All risks for future damage to the goods pass to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your instructions.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order by email. You can return it at your own expense and risk, within 14 days of receipt in its original unused and re-saleable condition (original packaging must not have been removed). We will refund the original product price only; postage is not refundable. You can expect to be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of those terms and conditions.
Cancellations
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, this must be done within 2 days of placing the order. Please email us if you have any problems with your order.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
